OCA Water Furnishing Sdn. Bhd., formerly known as Anteik Waterbed Specialist was founded in 2002 as small business retail for water pillow. Slowly it expands its range of products, moving into the manufacturing and retail of water pillows, sofa cushions, car cushions, hot and cool pack and a series of waterbeds. It soon built its name in Klang Valley and Malaysia. Business continues to grow with the December 2006 opening of our OCA showroom.

Bedding industry experts estimate that consumers put off purchasing a mattress for up to 15 years, and pillow up to 5 years, even if they have back and neck problems. Yet, after the refrigerator, mattress and pillow are the second most-used products in the house. "We are on it six to eight hours a day," says Aaron, Marketing Director of OCA Water Furnishing. People resist the purchase mainly because there is confusion over what constitutes a good mattress. "There are no standards that the consumer can use as a benchmark," he explains.

"Everyone is built differently," he says. "Standard mattresses often don't fit the bill." That’s why OCA Water Furnishing comes up with a wide range of waterbeds. Waterbeds don’t create pressure points on the areas of greatest weight concentration; instead, waterbeds contour to the exact shape of body providing total, even support.

The result of a night spent in a waterbed is enjoyment of improved blood circulation and rarely toss and turn.
